Tai Chi Gung Class
Is Aging Inevitable?
with Tai Chi Gung Master David Paul
Washington Park, Denver: Saturday April 25th
Is aging inevitable or negotiable?
Join Tai Chi Gung Master David Paul for a gentle Tai Chi Gung class. We do a series of simple standing exercises that balance, ground and center the life force. They connect you to Nature in extraordinary ways. They provide almost instant peace of mind.
The Tai Chi Gung system was first presented to the world by Lao Tzu. Many are not aware that he moved to Tibet from China to meditate on regeneration among the Himalayas. The exercises he developed were first shared openly at a Lamasery he built with the help of the first 12 Tai Chi Gung Lamas. You will learn the core exercises at the center of this profound unbroken lineage going back more than 3000 years.
Master Paul has been a student of Master Lama Rasaji for more than 38 years. He as been leading Tai Chi Gung classes more than 27 years.
